If your subscription is purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party marketplace, billing, cancellation, and refunds may be governed by that marketplace's terms and policies.
You may cancel a subscription in accordance with the instructions provided in the Services or by the applicable third-party marketplace. 11. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
We may offer free trials, discounts, promotional pricing, or other special offers. Additional terms may apply to such offers.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request closure of your account in accordance with the procedures we provide.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use presents a security or legal risk, or as otherwise permitted by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease. Certain provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR PARTICULAR FINANCIAL OR PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
24. Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us concerning your account, the Services, transactions, security, and other matters relating to your use of the Services.
You may withdraw consent to certain electronic communications where required or permitted by law, although doing so may affect your ability to use portions of the Services.
25. Apple and Google Requirements
If you download the Services through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the Services is also subject to the applicable marketplace's terms.
Apple and Google are not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the Services, except as required under their respective policies.
